Responsibilities
- Design and produce a wide range of visual content, including advertisements, websites, social media graphics, and other marketing materials for both digital and physical platforms.
- Ensure design consistency, quality, and alignment with brand and graphic standards across all deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, production, web development) to ensure smooth workflow, timely delivery, and accurate implementation of designs.
- Develop visual elements, layouts, and designs, maintaining high standards of visual output.
- Prepare files for print and digital distribution, ensuring correct formats, resolutions, and specifications.
- Support long-term creative strategies and provide solutions to overcome creative blocks and design challenges.
- Participate in project reviews, brainstorming sessions, and team meetings to contribute innovative ideas and design approaches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 2-4 years of experience in graphic design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong communication, conceptual thinking, and understanding of branding, marketing, and advertising principles.
