Responsibilities:
- Provide financial and business performance insights to support management decision-making.
- Fluent in budget detail, able to determine normal/standard costs, and able to investigate variances of actual costs to budgets by breaking down more detail to cost elements and categories as necessary.
- Monitor and analyze cost trends, identify opportunities for efficiency, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Support and work closely with relevant departments to ensure all costs are executed and monitored, and spending is within the approved proposal or budget.
- Support process improvements to strengthen internal controls, increase efficiency, and enhance financial governance.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: finance, accounting, management, economics, or information systems.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, management reporting, cost control, project management, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience IT & Construction company for at least 2 years is preferred.
- Experience as an Cost Control at least 2 years is mandatory.
- Have a knowledge about Human Resources
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
