Responsibilities:

Provide financial and business performance insights to support management decision-making.
Fluent in budget detail, able to determine normal/standard costs, and able to investigate variances of actual costs to budgets by breaking down more detail to cost elements and categories as necessary.
Monitor and analyze cost trends, identify opportunities for efficiency, and provide recommendations for improvement.
Support and work closely with relevant departments to ensure all costs are executed and monitored, and spending is within the approved proposal or budget.
Support process improvements to strengthen internal controls, increase efficiency, and enhance financial governance.

Qualifications:

A bachelor's or master's degree in one of the following fields: finance, accounting, management, economics, or information systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting, management reporting, cost control, project management, financial analysis, or a related field. Experience IT & Construction company for at least 2 years is preferred.
Experience as an Cost Control at least 2 years is mandatory.
Have a knowledge about Human Resources
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Proficiency in data analysis and tools such as Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
Fluency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong leadership and management skills.
