Position: UI/UX Developer
Placement: Mining Company (Outsourcing Project)

Job Description:
Design and develop user interfaces that deliver excellent user experience across web and mobile platforms.
Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into engaging visual designs.
Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design ideas effectively.
Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product design and functionality.
Ensure consistency of design elements and maintain design systems or UI kits.
Continuously optimize UI/UX based on feedback and analytics data.
Minimum Qualifications: Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or Frontend-focused Developer.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Strong sense of aesthetics, layout, and attention to detail.
Experience with usability testing, user research, or prototyping tools is a plus.
Good communication and collaboration skills.
Able to work on-site or hybrid depending on client requirements.
