Requirements

Experience:

Design & Planning
Develop innovative architectural concepts balancing functionality and aesthetics
Prepare comprehensive technical documentation (working drawings, material specifications, cost estimates)
Project Management
Lead cross-disciplinary coordination (structural, MEP, landscape)
Conduct quality control during construction phases
Regulatory Compliance
Ensure adherence to building codes (KDB, KLB) and zoning laws
Manage technical permits (IMB, SLF, etc.)
Team Development
Mentor junior architects in technical competency growth
Perform risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies
Technical Innovation
Implement sustainable design principles and emerging construction technologies
Optimize engineering value through cost-benefit analyses
