Job Description :
- Responsible for recruitment process for project needs.
- Responsible for onboarding process to new project employees.
- Monitor & update the completeness of project employees data & employment agreement.
- Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of project employees attendance & BPJS (social security) data.
- Coordinate with Disnaker regarding project employee contract registration.
- Responsible for monitoring & reporting compliance and disputes of project employees.
Qualifications
- Candidate must at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pyschology / Law / Human Resources Management.
- At least 1 years experience ad HR Generalist Staff / HR Staff.
- Experience in managing edabu and SIPP.
- Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & Familiar with HRIS system.
- Good Interpersonal & communication skills.
- Understand labor law regulation.
- Willing to go on a business trip.
