Job Description :

  • Responsible for recruitment process for project needs.
  • Responsible for onboarding process to new project employees.
  • Monitor & update the completeness of project employees data & employment agreement.
  • Responsible for the completeness & accuracy of project employees attendance & BPJS (social security) data.
  • Coordinate with Disnaker regarding project employee contract registration.
  • Responsible for monitoring & reporting compliance and disputes of project employees.

Qualifications

  • Candidate must at least a Bachelor's Degree in Pyschology / Law / Human Resources Management.
  • At least 1 years experience ad HR Generalist Staff / HR Staff.
  • Experience in managing edabu and SIPP.
  • Have good skills in using Ms. Office (Excel, PPT & Word) & Familiar with HRIS system.
  • Good Interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Understand labor law regulation.
  • Willing to go on a business trip.
