Branch Operations Management
Oversee all Cash In Transit (CIT), Cash Processing Center (CPC), and Cash Replenishment operational activities within the branch area.
- Ensure all activities comply with applicable SOPs, SLAs, and security standards.
- Control cash movement, logistics, and client service schedules.
Ensure operational effectiveness and smooth daily processes across all lines.
Financial and Asset Management
Control operational cash balances, transaction recording, and branch cash flow reports.
- Oversee cash storage and distribution in accordance with security standards.
Ensure the accuracy of financial reports, daily cash reports, and data reconciliation with the central team.
Human Resource Supervision and Development
Lead, coach, and evaluate the performance of all branch staff (operational, administrative, and security).
- Set work targets, provide coaching and mentoring, and ensure team competency.
Manage employee discipline, attendance, and compliance with company policies.
Compliance and Security
Ensure all activities comply with security procedures, including monitoring vehicles, vaults, and cash handling equipment.
- Maintain compliance with internal and external audit procedures.
Conduct initial investigations into operational incidents (in the event of loss or deviation).
Client Relations and Business Development
Establish and maintain good relationships with bank and non-bank clients in the operational area.
- Handle complaints, service requests, and negotiate SLAs from clients.
Support local business development activities to increase transaction volume and branch profits.
Reporting and Evaluation
Prepare and submit branch operational, financial, and HR reports to head/regional offices.
- Analyze operational results and propose work process improvements.
- Be primarily responsible for all branch operational results.
Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Management, Accounting, or a related field).
Experience:
- Minimum 5 years in Cash Services/Financial Logistics/Banking.
- Minimum 3 years of experience leading an operational team.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of cash handling procedures, risk management, and operational audits.
- Ability to read financial reports and manage branch budgets.
- Proficient in the use of operational systems (CIT, CPC, and cash monitoring).
Non-Technical Skills:
- Strong and assertive leadership skills.
- Communicative and able to build strong client relationships.
- Analytical, results-oriented, and possessing high integrity.
