About the role

As an Area Sales Manager for AXA Financial Indonesia, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading a team of sales representatives across multiple retail locations in Malang, East Java. This is a full-time position that will require you to develop and execute effective sales strategies, drive team performance, and ensure exceptional customer service.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve their individual and collective sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to grow market share and revenue within your assigned territory
  • Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Provide coaching and training to your team to enhance their skills and performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Monitor and report on team and individual performance metrics

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a sales management role within the retail or consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
  • Proficient in analysing sales data and using insights to drive strategic decision-making
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with the Malang, East Java market and the competitive landscape
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
