Atlas Consolidated Pte Ltd invites you to join our team as a Solution Engineer in Jakarta, Indonesia. In this role you will act as a critical link between our clients and Atlas, providing technical expertise and tailored solutions to meet client needs.

About Atlas

Atlas Consolidated owns and operates two brands – Hugosave, a B2C consumer finance app, and HugoHub, a Fintech-as-a-Service B2B platform. Hugosave is a consumer finance app that addresses financial wellbeing through features like Roundups, Money Pots, and a Gold Vault. HugoHub is a Fintech-as-a-Service platform that offers single point access to a fully managed suite of financial service capabilities, solving complex industry problems such as integration, product diversification, and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, design and develop tailored technical solutions that address specific client needs, leveraging the full capabilities of our platform and products.
• Translate complex business requirements into clear, detailed technical specifications and proposed architectures.
• Develop and configure customized demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and pilots to showcase the value and functionality of our offerings.
• Coordinate with engineering to address custom integration needs and feature gaps.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, solution diagrams, and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to convey client feedback, influence product roadmap development, and ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance and support to clients post-implementation, ensuring successful adoption and optimization of solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with Support/Engineering teams to resolve client problems effectively.
• Maintain strong relationships with key client technical stakeholders to identify future opportunities and ensure long-term satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with product capabilities, competitor offerings, and industry trends.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or an equivalent related technical field.
• 2–5 years of experience in a solutions engineering or software developer role or a related field, preferably in a customer‑facing technical role.
• Ability to understand and articulate complex technical concepts, system architecture, and integration patterns.
• Strong knowledge and hands‑on experience with scripting or programming (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java).
• Strong understanding of system design concepts and data structures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
• Exceptional analytical and problem‑solving abilities with the ability to design creative and effective technical solutions for complex business challenges.
• Speaking proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in a fast‑paced startup.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

It is a full‑time in‑office position.
