Content Operations Associate will be responsible in managing the day-to-day operations of IDN Live's streaming talents — from communication and scheduling to performance tracking and creative support. This role will collaborate closely with talent agencies, internal teams, and production partners to ensure smooth execution of live content and high-quality performance delivery across the platform.
Job Description
Manage daily communication and coordination with idol groups and other talents, ensuring strong relationships and smooth live operations.
Plan, monitor, and optimize live streaming schedules and content performance to meet engagement and viewership targets.
Support concept development and execution of in-house productions.
Lead talent acquisition and onboarding, including negotiation, documentation, and technical setup for new streamers.
Prepare and deliver performance reports for key partners, ensuring timely and accurate project delivery.
Handle administrative and operational processes related to talent management, contracts, and compliance.
Job Requirement
Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Broadcasting, or related field.
Experienced in talent management, live streaming, content operations, or entertainment/media industry.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Highly organized with strong multitasking and coordination ability.
Familiar with influencer/talent ecosystems and live streaming platforms.
Able to work under tight deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced, creative environment.
