Main Responsibilities
- Transcribe interview recordings (audio/video) into written text with high accuracy.
- Ensure the confidentiality of all data and information contained in the recordings.
- Format transcriptions clearly and consistently based on the template or guideline provided.
- Coordinate with the research/project team regarding file status, clarification of unclear audio, or transcription progress.
- Submit the completed transcript within the agreed timeline.
Qualification
- Prior experience in transcription (manual or using transcription tools/software) is required.
- Detail-oriented, with excellent listening skills and accuracy in typing.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Comfortable working with long recordings and repetitive tasks.
- Familiar with Google Docs, Microsoft Word, and file organization.
