We are looking for a Field Auditor who will take charge of ensuring the accuracy and integrity of inventory and stock management across SATU Dental branches.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys field visits, data checking, and ensuring every clinic's materials, consumables, and equipment are properly tracked and well-managed.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular stock audits and stock opname at SATU Dental clinics.
- Verify accuracy between physical stock and system records (consumables, dental materials, and tools).
- Review clinic's inventory management process — from purchasing, usage, to wastage control.
- Identify discrepancies, potential losses, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and communicate findings to relevant departments (Finance, Procurement, Clinic Operations).
- Support improvement initiatives to strengthen stock control and minimize variance across branches.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory audit, stock control, or internal audit, preferably in retail, F&B, pharmacy, or clinic chain industry.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills.
- Attention to detail and integrity in data validation.
- Willing to travel frequently to multiple clinic sites.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel or inventory audit tools.
