That’s why we’re looking for a Supervisor – AI & IT Systems to help execute and manage our digital transformation initiatives across teams.
What You’ll Do:- Implement and maintain company‑wide digital systems (ERP, cloud, project management, knowledge base).
- Automate workflows using tools like Zapier, Make, n8n, or simple scripts to reduce manual work.
- Integrate and optimize AI tools (ChatGPT, AI analytics, generative AI) into daily operations.
- Connect and unify cross‑department data (sales, inventory, HR, marketing) into a source of truth.
- Train and support ±30–50 staff to use digital tools effectively.
- Ensure data accuracy and produce actionable insights through dashboards or reports.
- Document systems and SOPs, and coordinate with vendors or IT partners when needed.
