Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead the production team to achieve targets based on PMC schedules.
- Collaborate with IE to plan manpower needs, analyze critical skills, and ensure sufficient staffing.
- Identify root causes of production issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Drive process improvements and cost reduction initiatives while maintaining quality standards.
- Ensure compliance with OHS, quality, energy, and environmental programs.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least Senior High School.
- At least 5 year of working experience in shoe upper production
- Have Knowledge: Safety, Health and Environment Awareness, Understanding Shoes Making Process, Understanding CTB Process, Good analyze of production manpower planning, Coaching & Counseling
- Have Skill: Computer, English, Manufacturing Excellent, Budgeting
- Have Attitude: Delivers Quality, Positive Attitude, Leads and influence others, Strong problem solving and analytical thinking, Team work
