We are seeking a No-Code/Low-Code Automation Engineer to design and implement seamless workflows that enhance our bookkeeping and back-office operations. The role suits someone with 2–3 years of experience in automation/integration, who is eager to grow while applying creative problem-solving skills in the consulting and accounting space.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain automated workflows using tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make (Integromat), or similar platforms.
Integrate ChatGPT, OCR solutions, and Google Sheets into accounting and bookkeeping processes.
Collaborate with consultants and finance teams to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for automation.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance in all automated workflows.
Document automation processes and provide training/support for internal teams.
Requirements:
2–3 years of relevant experience in automation, workflow design, or system integration.
Hands-on experience with no-code/low-code platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, Airtable, etc.).
Familiarity with OCR tools (e.g., Docparser, Rossum, or similar) for document processing.
Strong knowledge of Google Workspace (especially Google Sheets).
Some exposure to Python or JavaScript is a plus.
Background or understanding of accounting/bookkeeping workflows is an advantage.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
