Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree (S1) (all majors, preferably Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Aged between years old
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a Purchasing Supervisor. Having experience in import purchasing/overseas sourcing would be advantage
- Computer literate (Ms Office - Word, Excel, Ppt)
- Proficient in English (spoken & written)
- Strong communication and basic negotiation skills

Job Description:
- Liaise and negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers, and retailers
- Gathering quotations from vendors and raising purchase requests (PR) for both OPS and non-OPS
- Doing canvassing of suppliers, by following 3 supplier rules
Establish supplier evaluation system (Delivery, Quality, Service, Rewards & Penalty system) for both material supplier and transportation supplier
Communicate with supplier to prepare contract, review (finance will review afterwards)
- Prepare capex and upload to OA: before the capex application, communicate with team, forecast monitoring and prepare capex support form
- Prepares purchase requisition, once approved proceed with the purchase of basic office supplies, medicines/pantry supplies (Create PO, and send to supplier).
- Procurement and stock control of raw material, consumable, spare parts, tools and etc
- Planning and managing logistics and transportation
- Maintain procurement files including all relevant documentation and vendor tracking system
- Understand local supply chain and import part process
- For Import-Export related:
- Understand the regulation of procurement and import processes (LC/TT, HS Code, INSW, PIB, PEB, and customs regulations, and provisions of the ministry of trade/industry).
- Coordinate and control import/export transactions with freight forwarding agent with smooth operations.
