Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition and Development professional, located in Jakarta. The individual will be responsible for the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates. The role also involves developing employer branding strategies and supporting employee development initiatives.
Qualifications
- Manage petty cash and maintain accurate records of fund utilization.
- Record financial transactions and verify the completeness and authenticity of supporting documentation.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic branch financial reports.
- Maintain organized and systematic filing of financial documents, including invoices, tax invoices, and transaction records.
- Provide support for financial administration, accounting, and tax compliance in accordance with head office directives.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 year of experience in financial administration or accounting.
Detail-oriented, high integrity, and systematic work approach.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic accounting principles.
