Minimum Qualifications and Experience
- Working experience at least 2-3 years as Business Analyst
- Have a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree majoring in Computer Science or information technology
- Have project experience in banking / insurance / financial institution is preferable
- Strong writing and communication skill
- Knowing about business process and confidence to have discussion with user
- Good working knowledge of system development life cycle and testing methodologies
- Full WFO at Jakbar / Jaksel
Job Description
- Analysis of a customer's business needs
- Communication with stakeholders, developers, QA and end-users if necessary
- Make FSD
- Software requirements analysis
- Prepare project documentation
- Problem domain analysis and improvement suggestions
- Requirements transmission between the developers and the users.
