Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Sales & Marketing located in Bandung. The Sales and Marketing will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales leads, building and maintaining customer relationships, negotiating and closing sales deals, and achieving sales targets. The Sales and marketing will also be expected to provide excellent customer service, gather market and customer information, and report on sales performance.
QualificationsDiploma 3/Bachelor's degree in any major (preferably Marketing, Management, Communication, or similar). Minimum 1 year of experience in sales/B2B, preferably in the travel industry or Umrah/Hajj services. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Confident, proactive, and able to work with targets. Proficient in using digital communication tools and familiar with social media. Willing to undertake field visits and out-of-town assignments when needed. Preferably domiciled in Bandung.
