highly analytical
and
execution-driven
Manager
to lead
strategic business initiatives
end-to-end from research, planning and analysis to implementation and tracking. The ideal candidate will thrive at the intersection of strategy, data, and execution independently managing cross-functional projects, leveraging data insights, and ensuring measurable business impact.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage strategic projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring milestones and KPIs are achieved.
- Develop and maintain analytics frameworks to support decision-making and measure business outcomes.
- Perform data-driven analysis using SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (e.g., Looker Studio, Mixpanel).
- Conduct market and competitive analyses to identify growth opportunities and shape go-to-market strategies.
- Design and implement pricing and commercial strategies aligned with company goals.
- Track and analyze financial performance across channels, ensuring cross-functional alignment.
- Drive improvements in data infrastructure and reporting through standardized dashboards and templates.
- Manage and align partner relationships, ensuring integration and execution across internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and Data teams for seamless project execution.
Establish
project governance, documentation, and reporting
for visibility and accountability.
Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in business strategy, growth analytics, or business operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with hands-on experience in: SQL, Google Sheets / Excel (advanced functions and modeling, Data visualization tools (Looker Studio, Mixpanel, or similar)
- Proven ability to structure ambiguous problems and deliver actionable insights.
- Strong strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability.
- Demonstrated success in cross-functional project management involving multiple business units.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Prior experience in fintech, payments, or digital commerce is mandatory.
