RESPONSIBILITIES :

· Manage all export-import processes, customs clearance & documentation.

· Ensure compliance with bonded zone (Kawasan Berikat) regulations.

· Handle BC documents (BC 2.3, BC 4.0, BC 2.5, etc.).

· Lead & develop custom & logistics team.

· Coordinate with Bea Cukai, government, and logistics partners.

· Monitor inbound/outbound goods flow and reporting accuracy.

· Support audits & provide strategic input for supply chain efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS :

· Max. 45 Years old

· Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Management, International Business, Logistics, or related field.

· Min. 5 years experiences in export-import & bonded zone compliance.

· Customs certified (mandatory)

· Brevet A & B certification is a plus.

· Strong knowledge of customs regulations, TPB, CEISA, PPJK.

· ERP system & Microsoft Office proficiency.

· Strong leadership, analytical & communication skills.

· Fluent in English

· Experience in PIER is an advantage

· Ability to work under pressure and coordinate with customs officers, government agencies, and logistics providers.
