PT. Bhakti Idola Tama is a marketing and distribution company located in Indonesia that mainly  trades with home appliance goods under the brand Miyako, Shimizu and Rinnai as their sole distributor to local wholesale partners as the primary target customers. We have many branches and warehouses spanning across Indonesia with over 20 locations and we are planning on further expansions in the future.

We are looking for an Accounting Staff who will take part in evaluating and ensuring the effectiveness of internal controls and standard operating procedures across the organization daily.

Requirements:

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in Accounting or any relevant major in economics.
  • Experience in the field of accounting or finance (is a plus/added value).
  • Ability to learn quickly and demonstrate a high level of thoroughness/attention to detail in work.
  • Possess a strong understanding of basic accounting and be proficient in the journalizing process.
  • Understand basic taxation related to the calculation and reporting of VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh).
  • Have good analytical skills and clear and effective verbal communication abilities.
  • Proficient in operating Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel (for data processing) and Word.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as effectively collaborate in a team.

Job Descriptions:

  • Perform daily transaction journal entries accurately and timely.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements and data reconciliation.
  • Ensure basic compliance with tax regulations, especially VAT (PPN) and Income Tax (PPh).
  • Conduct simple financial data analysis to support decision-making.
  • Maintain financial documentation and archives so they are neatly organized and easily accessible.
  • Coordinate with other departments regarding financial transaction data.
  • Undertake business trips outside the city as required by operational needs.
