Responsibilities
- Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and organizational development.
- Oversee full recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain talent.
- Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters while fostering a positive work culture.
- Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure legal and audit compliance.
- Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capability.
- Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.
Requirements
- Min. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance.
- Proven skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with familiarity in HRIS systems.
