Responsibilities

Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business goals, including workforce planning and organizational development.
Oversee full recruitment, onboarding, and performance management processes to attract and retain talent.
Manage compensation, benefits, payroll, and ensure compliance with Indonesian labour laws.
Handle employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters while fostering a positive work culture.
Implement HR policies, maintain employee records, and ensure legal and audit compliance.
Plan and coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee capability.
Lead and develop the HR team to ensure effective and efficient HR operations.

Requirements

Min. degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing, engineering or industrial settings.
Strong knowledge of Indonesian labour laws and HR compliance.
Proven skills in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with familiarity in HRIS systems.
