About the role
We are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Admin to join our team at PT Diamulia Internusa' in Batuceper Banten. In this contract position, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our online sales platform, ensuring efficient order processing and excellent customer service.
What you'll be doing
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce website & marketplaces, including order management, inventory tracking, and customer inquiries
- Processing orders in a timely and accurate manner, from order placement to shipment
- Maintaining accurate product information and pricing on the e-commerce platform
- Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues
- Collaborating with the marketing and logistics teams to improve the overall customer experience
- Generating reports and analyzing data to identify areas for process improvement
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in e-commerce administration or customer service roles
- Strong administrative and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platforms and related software
- Understanding of inventory management and order fulfillment processes
