Responsibilities

  • Ensure accuracy of daily and monthly financial transactions across all branches.
  • Prepare and review journal entries, AR/AP, petty cash, and vendor payments.
  • Consolidate monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
  • Monitor COGS and stock opname to maintain data consistency.
  • Support tax compliance (PPh, PPN, SPT) and coordinate with external tax consultants.
  • Take part in the system transition from manual/Excel to Odoo ERP.
  • Help refine workflows and improve efficiency in financial processes.
  • Work closely with teams across departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth financial processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
  • Solid understanding of journal entries, AP/AR, closing, and COGS.
  • Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo preferred).
  • Familiar with taxation basics (PPh, PPN).
  • Comfortable in a small, growing team — and willing to be hands-on where needed.
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive problem solver.
