Responsibilities
- Ensure accuracy of daily and monthly financial transactions across all branches.
- Prepare and review journal entries, AR/AP, petty cash, and vendor payments.
- Consolidate monthly financial reports (Balance Sheet, P&L, Cash Flow).
- Monitor COGS and stock opname to maintain data consistency.
- Support tax compliance (PPh, PPN, SPT) and coordinate with external tax consultants.
- Take part in the system transition from manual/Excel to Odoo ERP.
- Help refine workflows and improve efficiency in financial processes.
- Work closely with teams across departments to ensure data accuracy and smooth financial processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.
- Solid understanding of journal entries, AP/AR, closing, and COGS.
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (Odoo preferred).
- Familiar with taxation basics (PPh, PPN).
- Comfortable in a small, growing team — and willing to be hands-on where needed.
- Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive problem solver.
