Qualifications and Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a creative management role or as a Creative Leader.
- Experienced in both technical aspects (production, design, and creative content) and strategic aspects (concept planning, creative direction, and brand development).
- Strong ability to lead creative teams, guide ideas, and ensure alignment with the brand's vision.
- Excellent storytelling and copywriting skills and a high level of creativity.
- Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and perfectionist in project execution.
- Willing to work overtime when required.
- Available to join immediately.
- Willing to work on-site in Cakung, East Jakarta, Monday to Friday.

- Collaborate with internal teams to fully understand production needs and objectives.
- Oversee the entire production process—from concept to completion—with strong attention to detail.
- Provide creative direction and mentorship to team members to elevate the quality of ideas and output.
- Develop effective creative strategies to support the company's marketing and communication goals.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and incorporate them into creative strategies.
