Job Description:

  • Monitor and maintain the stability of network, server, storage, and supporting systems (on-premise & cloud).
  • Handle installation, configuration, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT infrastructure according to SLA.
  • Provide technical support for BPO operations, including connectivity and access issues for operational teams (agents, support, admins).
  • Deploy and configure workstations and network devices for new BPO projects.
  • Manage system monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix) to track infrastructure performance and capacity.
  • Respond to system alerts and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Perform regular patching, firewall and antivirus configuration, and ensure network security compliance.
  • Conduct regular data backups and maintain Disaster Recovery documentation.
  • Create and update technical documentation, network topology, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Collaborate with Helpdesk, Security, and Project teams to resolve issues and support infrastructure improvement and development.

Job Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and operating systems.
  • Knowledge of LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Experience in configuring switches, routers, and firewalls (Cisco, MikroTik, Fortigate).
  • Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Zabbix).
  • Ability to troubleshoot and analyze network traffic, VLAN, and QoS.
  • Understanding of Windows Server OS, Windows 11 Pro, Linux, and Chromebook environments.
  • Experience with endpoint protection (Antivirus, EDR) and perimeter defense.
  • Skilled in applying security patches and maintaining infrastructure security based on ISO 9001 & 27001 standards.
  • Proficient in remote troubleshooting (AnyDesk) and ticketing systems.
  • Capable of creating and maintaining technical documentation and SOPs.
  • Able to work in shifts or standby 24/7 and provide on-call support during critical issues.
