We Are HiringService Manager (Heavy Equipment & Agricultural Machinery)

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Service Manager
to lead and manage our entire After-Sales Service operations, specifically for our
Heavy Equipment
and
Agricultural Machinery (Alsintan)
product lines. The ideal candidate is a technical leader who excels in customer strategy, team management, and achieving service profitability targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operational Leadership:
    Manage and oversee the daily operations of the workshop and field service, ensuring efficiency, quality of repairs, and adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) standards.
  • Team Management:
    Lead, train, and evaluate the performance of the technical team to achieve the highest productivity and technical expertise.
  • Customer Satisfaction:
    Serve as the primary contact point for service escalations, ensuring prompt and effective handling of customer complaints, and maintaining high Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) levels.
  • Financial Performance:
    Be responsible for achieving the service department's revenue and profitability targets, including budget management and operational cost control.
  • Parts Management:
    Collaborate with the Parts team to optimize spare parts availability and minimize customer equipment downtime.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Heavy Equipment Engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience:
    Minimum 10 years of working experience in the Heavy Equipment and/or Agricultural Machinery Service/After-Sales industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Technical Expertise:
    Possess an in-depth understanding of mechanics, hydraulics, electrics, and be capable of complex troubleshooting on heavy equipment (e.g., excavators) and agricultural machinery (tractors, combines).
  • Soft Skills:
    Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Administration:
    Proficient in the use of Diagnostic Tools and familiar with ERP systems or Service Management Software.
  • Good command of both written and spoken English.
