Responsibilities:
Client & Medical Professional Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and hospital administrators
- Provide client education on cord blood services through maternity classes, hospital talks, and one-on-one consultations
- Support inquiries, educate clients through the decision-making journey, and ensure pre-to-post sales satisfaction
- Provide ongoing training and support to gatekeepers, hospital staff, and partners
Sales & Account Management
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, conversion, referral programs
- Achieve monthly sales targets and drive regional market penetration
- Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team for escalations
- Organize and represent the company in hospital events and maternity talks
Reporting & Market Insights
- Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales reports
- Monitor competitors and provide actionable feedback to improve strategies
- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
- 2+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account, or Medical Representative roles
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent
- Comfortable working independently and in field settings
- Presentable, trustworthy, and professional with strong ethics
- Willingness to work on weekends if needed (e.g. events/talks)
- Possess a valid driver's license and preferably has own vehicle
- Background in healthcare/pharma/medical industry is a plus
