Responsibilities:

Client & Medical Professional Engagement

  • Build and maintain relationships with OBGYNs, pediatricians, and hospital administrators
  • Provide client education on cord blood services through maternity classes, hospital talks, and one-on-one consultations
  • Support inquiries, educate clients through the decision-making journey, and ensure pre-to-post sales satisfaction
  • Provide ongoing training and support to gatekeepers, hospital staff, and partners

Sales & Account Management

  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: lead generation, conversion, referral programs
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and drive regional market penetration
  • Coordinate closely with the Customer Support team for escalations
  • Organize and represent the company in hospital events and maternity talks

Reporting & Market Insights

  • Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and sales reports
  • Monitor competitors and provide actionable feedback to improve strategies
Requirements:
  • Diploma/Bachelor's degree in any field
  • 2+ years of experience in Sales, Key Account, or Medical Representative roles
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills — confident, well-spoken, and emotionally intelligent
  • Comfortable working independently and in field settings
  • Presentable, trustworthy, and professional with strong ethics
  • Willingness to work on weekends if needed (e.g. events/talks)
  • Possess a valid driver's license and preferably has own vehicle
  • Background in healthcare/pharma/medical industry is a plus
