Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key food and beverage clients.
- Business Growth: Proactively identify new opportunities to expand business with existing accounts and secure new clients.
- Flavor Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and tailored flavor solutions that meet their specific product needs.
- Technical & R&D Support: Provide technical expertise on flavor applications and work with internal R&D and marketing teams to develop and present new products.
- Sales & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales cycle, including creating strategic sales plans, forecasting sales, managing pricing, and negotiating contracts to achieve profitable growth.
- Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to better understand client needs and company capabilities.
- Internal Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality.
- Project Management: Oversee the progress of sales projects, manage customer requests, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree from any major (Food Technology background is preferable)
- Min. 3 years working experience in B2B / Relationship Management role
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Business acumen and strong critical thinking skills.
- Experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management.
- Working knowledge of technical aspects of flavors and their applications.
- Ability to develop strategic account plans and manage internal resources effectively.
- A self-starter with a strong work ethic and innovative mindset.
