Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture long-term relationships with key food and beverage clients.
  • Business Growth: Proactively identify new opportunities to expand business with existing accounts and secure new clients.
  • Flavor Solutions: Collaborate with clients to develop innovative and tailored flavor solutions that meet their specific product needs.
  • Technical & R&D Support: Provide technical expertise on flavor applications and work with internal R&D and marketing teams to develop and present new products.
  • Sales & Forecasting: Manage the entire sales cycle, including creating strategic sales plans, forecasting sales, managing pricing, and negotiating contracts to achieve profitable growth.
  • Market & Industry Knowledge: Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to better understand client needs and company capabilities.
  • Internal Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments, such as Marketing, R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality.
  • Project Management: Oversee the progress of sales projects, manage customer requests, and ensure project milestones and deliverables are met.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor degree from any major (Food Technology background is preferable)
  • Min. 3 years working experience in B2B / Relationship Management role
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Business acumen and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Experience in business-to-business sales and relationship management.
  • Working knowledge of technical aspects of flavors and their applications.
  • Ability to develop strategic account plans and manage internal resources effectively.
  • A self-starter with a strong work ethic and innovative mindset.
