Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
- Assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Help maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Communicate with candidates regarding interview arrangements and follow-ups.
- Stay updated on recruitment trends and provide support for employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willing to work from the Head Office in Bintaro, South Tangerang.
