Responsibilities :

· Complete bidding submission including technical and commercial submissions, in compliance with tender

requirement.

· Create project cost and project budget.

· Handle project commercial issues including but not limited to: payment submission and collection, variation

order, final account, purchase approval, etc.

· Lead the worker team in the design and execution of the factory construction

· Control inventory in and out

· Accustomed to using autocad, sketchup

Requirement :

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer

· At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in the construction related experience in commercial, subcontracting,

or purchasing job

· Have skill for project VO, calculating, tendering, budgeting, contract, project claim matters, progress control,

project recovery plan

· Able to speak English

· Willing to be placed at Cibinong-Jawa Barat, Grogol Petamburan-Jakarta Barat
