As a
Talent Acquisition,
you will:
- Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding coordination.
- Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and partnerships with universities or communities.
- Build and maintain a strong
talent pipeline
for future hiring needs. - Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum
3–5 years of experience
in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or FMCG industry. - Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities, especially in BEI.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.
