As a
Talent Acquisition,
you will:

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle for assigned roles — from job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, to onboarding coordination.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and partnerships with universities or communities.
  • Build and maintain a strong
    talent pipeline
    for future hiring needs.
  • Ensure every candidate experiences a professional, transparent, and engaging recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand team needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers, reports, and dashboards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or related field.
  • Minimum
    3–5 years of experience
    in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced or FMCG industry.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes and talent sourcing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities, especially in BEI.
  • Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and recruitment platforms.
