- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a PPIC Supervisor in a Cosmetics or FMCG manufacturing company
- Strong knowledge of materials and production processes, GMP, ISO, and 5S.
- Excellent planning and time management skills
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, attention to detail, self-motivation, communication, and presentation skills
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work in a team
- Willing to be placed in Gunung Sindur, Bogor Regency
