As Head of Intimate Category, you will oversee the strategy, planning, and development of our intimate apparel portfolio, ensuring every collection meets customer needs while driving business growth and brand positioning.

You'll take ownership of the end-to-end product lifecycle — from concept and design to market launch — creating collections that resonate with today's consumers and keep our brand at the forefront of the industry.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic merchandise plans to achieve sales, profit, and growth targets for the intimate apparel category.
  • Lead product innovation, ensuring collections are fashionable, functional, and commercially competitive.
  • Define assortment strategies, pricing structures, and inventory management plans.
  • Analyze market trends and customer insights to create relevant and trend-forward products.
  • Lead and mentor a team of merchandising professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Build strong partnerships with suppliers to deliver high-quality, sustainable products on time and at scale.
  • Optimize merchandising systems to improve inventory planning, allocation, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
  • Proven experience at a senior managerial level in fashion retail merchandising, preferably within intimate apparel or lingerie.
  • Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Expertise in end-to-end product development, from trend forecasting and design to production and go-to-market execution.
  • Experienced in P&L management with a proven record of delivering profitable growth.
  • Willing to be placed in Karawaci, Tangerang.
