Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to understand their goals, needs, style preferences, and budget constraints.
- Design elements such as room layouts, furniture selection, materials, and harmonious color schemes.
- Ensure smooth project execution by coordinating with the production team.
- Monitor and manage projects from initial concept to completion, including providing regular progress reports.
- Develop project timelines, estimate costs, and oversee the installation of design elements from start to finish.
- Conduct site visits to monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction upon completion.
Qualifications
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's degree (S1) in Interior Design or Architecture.
- At least 3 years of work experience as an Architect or Interior Designer for residential and commercial projects.
- Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Visualization tools (Enscape, D5, 3ds Max), and Adobe Creative Suite.
- Understand current design trends and able to interpret them into innovative design concepts.
- Strong visualization and presentation skills, including communication, 3D visualization, mood boards, and material specifications.
- Creative thinker, able to work under pressure, with strong project management skills, detail-oriented, independent, and capable of working within design and implementation teams.
