We are looking for a
reliable, trustworthy, and highly organized Personal Operations Assistant
to support a European founder in the software development industry.
This role requires someone who can
manage tasks, structure information, communicate clearly
, and work independently with strong professional discipline.
You will help coordinate daily operations with developers and maintain structured workflows across projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Convert WhatsApp and email messages into clear tasks
- Update and maintain task lists & PM tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, ClickUp)
- Follow up with developers and track progress
- Remind the founder of deadlines, priorities, and upcoming work
- Prepare short summaries, notes, and simple reports
- Organize documents and project information
- Assist with light coordination or simple testing tasks
- Maintain full confidentiality and trust at all times
Required Skills & Characteristics (Must-Have)
- Strong English skills (reading + writing + verbal)
- Clear and professional communication
- High reliability, honesty, and responsibility
- Strong discipline and consistency
- Able to work independently without supervision
- Good understanding of PM/task tools (Trello, Notion, Asana, etc.)
- Solid computer literacy (Google Docs, Sheets, Drive)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks accurately
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Calm, respectful personality with long-term mindset
- Experience in admin, assistant, or coordination roles
- Familiarity with software development environments
