Role Description

The Project Coordinator (SIPIL) will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and overseeing projects related to the restaurant group's development and operations. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, communicating with stakeholders, ensuring the timely completion of tasks, and monitoring progress to address any issues that arise. Additional duties include resource allocation, documentation of project phases, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in project planning, coordination, and scheduling
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities to effectively liaise with multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Experience in resource management and ensuring regulatory compliance
  • Problem-solving and multitasking skills, with a demonstrated ability to handle challenges
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or construction industry is an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
