PT Baroba is a well-established furniture manufacturing company based in Jepara, operating since 1996. We specialize in the production of high-quality teak outdoor furniture for both retail and project markets around the world.
We are currently looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Staff to support our daily operations and growing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production process to ensure products meet company and industry standards.
- Inspect raw materials, semi-finished, and finished furniture for defects and irregularities.
- Collaborate with production teams to resolve any quality issues.
- Perform final product inspections before delivery to ensure compliance with client specifications.
- Prepare and maintain detailed quality reports and documentation.
- Monitor product testing and provide feedback on potential improvements.
- Ensure that all production processes comply with health and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in quality control or a related role, preferably in furniture or manufacturing industries.
Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to identify product defects and take corrective actions.
- Proficiency in quality control software or systems.
- Good understanding of furniture manufacturing processes and materials.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with teams.
