Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bandung for a Regional Account Manager. The Regional Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing sales strategies, preparing sales reports, and coordinating with internal teams to deliver customized solutions. The role requires frequent travel within the region to meet clients and stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Sales and Account Management experience in the telecom industry
  • Strong skills in Relationship Management and Customer Service
  • Understanding of Telecom Infrastructure Solutions and Services
  • Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in Market Research and Business Development
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Experience with CRM software and sales reporting tools is a plus
