We are currently seeking a Maintenance Assisstant Manager to join our wood factory located in Jombang, Indonesia. As the Maintenance Assisstant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of maintenance operations within the facility. Your primary goal will be to ensure that all machinery and equipment are functioning optimally to support the production process.
Responsibility :
- Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure efficient operation of machinery and equipment.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them proactively.
- Coordinate with production managers to schedule maintenance activities without disrupting the production process.
- Manage a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and preventive maintenance measures.
- Collaborate with procurement department to ensure timely availability of spare parts and necessary supplies.
- Monitor and control maintenance budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in maintenance techniques.
Requirement :
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a maintenance role, preferably in the wood industry.
- Strong knowledge of wood processing machinery and equipment.
- Proven ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
