Job Descriptions:
- Maintain employee data, contracts, and personnel records up to date
- Run monthly payroll (attandance, overtime, deductions, allowances) with 100% accuracy
- Handle BPJS, tax (PPh 21), and all compliance matters
- Support employee lifecycle administration (onboarding, transfer, termination)
- Prepare payroll and manpower reports for management
Job Qualifications
- High accuracy, confidentiality, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in HRIS/Payroll systems & Excel (pivot, formulas, VLOOKUP)
- Strong knowledge of labor law, BPJS, and tax (PPh 21)
- 2-4 years experience in personnel admin & payroll
- Bachelor degree in HR, Accounting, or related fields
