- Prepare of detailed direct & indirect capital & operating cost estimates (capex&opex) using company software at a very professional & competent level.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of construction methodologies, crews, equipment & materials for activities durations. Working with minimum supervision to generate project compliaint documents.
- Coordinate closely with design & construction personnel to ensure estimate occuracy with project intent.
- Development of conceptual & study estiamate based on minimal data when required, self take. Offs from drawings, interpretation of requirements based on layout drawings.
- Development of rates project specific, estimating basis, project discipline manning, equipment & materials list with costs.
- Development of subestimates in the company software, updating unit rates & details from procurement data.
- Developing meaningful summaries of estimates for client & management information. Maintaining a helicopter view to ensure results are sensible.
- Follow company procedures and systems for document review, filing in correct project folders on server and revision control.
- Develop detailed & occurate design documents for works; 3D models, Drawings, Lists, MTO's as builts as required.
- Fabrication and Site technical supervision and quality reviews. Including generating accurate daily and weekly reports, ensuring all tests & laboratory analysis are undertaken and conform with project requirements, stored in project folders.
- Development commercial bid evaluations (CBE's) for projects, incorporating outcomes of Eng TBE's to make a fial recommendation.
