Responsibilities:
- Assist in responding to customer comments on the Google Play portal
- Create and organize administrative reports in the CS team folder
- Help send notification emails to customers for resolved complaints
- Generate reports from completed work processes
- Responsible for organizing online data folders for the Customer Service team
Requirements:
- Fresh graduate from any major
- Possess a sense of responsibility and ownership for the main tasks assigned
- Have analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fast learner and adaptive
- Capable of fast typing
- Disciplined and follows the workflow according to SOP
- Work according to the determined timeline and schedule
- Strong attention to detail
- Have experience as Customer Service intern is a plus
- Willing to Work from Office
