Responsibilities:

  • Assist in responding to customer comments on the Google Play portal
  • Create and organize administrative reports in the CS team folder
  • Help send notification emails to customers for resolved complaints
  • Generate reports from completed work processes
  • Responsible for organizing online data folders for the Customer Service team

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate from any major
  • Possess a sense of responsibility and ownership for the main tasks assigned
  • Have analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Fast learner and adaptive
  • Capable of fast typing
  • Disciplined and follows the workflow according to SOP
  • Work according to the determined timeline and schedule
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Have experience as Customer Service intern is a plus
  • Willing to Work from Office
