About the Role

Damai Putra Group is seeking an experienced and results-oriented Construction Manager to join our team in the Jakarta Raya area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and managing end-to-end construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards. This position plays a key part in supporting the company's strategic development and long-term growth.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead the overall planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to completion.
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects within budget while maintaining quality and safety standards.
  • Build and maintain effective communication and collaboration with clients, consultants, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
  • Anticipate and manage project risks, implementing proactive mitigation measures.
  • Monitor and report project progress to key stakeholders on a regular basis.
  • Supervise and manage on-site construction teams, including scheduling, task delegation, and performance assessments.
  • Ensure strict compliance with applicable building codes, safety protocols, and environmental regulations.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement by enhancing construction processes, workflows, and best practices.

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Construction Manager or in a senior construction leadership role.
  • Proven experience in successfully delivering construction projects of varying scale and complexity.
  • Strong technical knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and equipment.
  • Excellent project management, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficient in interpreting construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
  • Familiarity with relevant construction laws, safety standards, and regulations.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
