Adecco Indonesia is currently supporting a manufacturing company for industry to find an Workshop Supervisor to be placed in Cikarang.

Qualifications

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Petroleum, or related field preferred).
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in engineering design, repair, installation, operation, and troubleshooting of Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) units.
Strong knowledge of SRP system components, operating principles, and field applications.
Proficient in analyzing equipment performance data and identifying root causes of mechanical or operational issues.
Demonstrates good leadership, communication, and coordination skills to work effectively with field and workshop teams.
Physically and mentally fit, supported by a medical fitness certificate.

Responsibilities

Provide technical support and recommendations for the operation and maintenance of Sucker Rod Pump (SRP) units.
Interpret and evaluate operational parameters to identify performance deviations or potential failures.
Coordinate and supervise Pumpshop Operators in performing maintenance, repair, and testing activities.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation, reports, and maintenance records for all SRP activities.
Support installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of SRP units at field sites as needed.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with company safety standards and operational procedures.
