Key Responsibilities:

Assist in defining project scopes, goals, and deliverables in alignment with organizational objectives.

Support the development of detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets.

Coordinate and communicate with team members, stakeholders, and clients to ensure smooth project execution

Monitor project progress, track milestones, and prepare regular status updates and reports.

Identify and address project risks, challenges, and resource constraints.

Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget.

Maintain project documentation, including meeting minutes, plans, and reports.

Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings and organizing project files.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

3-5 years of experience in project management or a similar role.

Fluent in English

Familiarity with project management methodologies

Proficient in project management tools

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Basic understanding of risk management and budgeting principles.
