Requirements:

  • Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets (pivot tables, lookups, basic formulas).

  • Familiarity with SQL, Python, or BI tools (nice to have, not mandatory).

  • Basic understanding of data visualization (charts, dashboards, or BI reports).

  • Detail-oriented, structured, analytical, and eager to learn.

  • Interest in F&B and supply chain planning.

Responsibilities:

  • Data Maintenance & Updates

  • Update master data for new outlets, closed outlets, and menu/product configurations.

  • Assist in maintaining recipe/ingredient mapping for new menu launches.

  • Verify daily/weekly data uploads (sales, inventory, wastage).

  • Data Quality Checks

  • Perform basic validation (missing values, duplicates, anomalies in sales/stock, data inconsistencies).

  • Cross-check with central kitchen/warehouse reports for alignment.

  • Reporting Support

  • Prepare standard recurring reports (weekly sales vs forecast summary, inventory movement).

  • Support demand planning team with ad-hoc data pulls (e.g., sales for a promo item).

  • Assist in preparing data visualizations or tables in Excel/Sheets or BI tools.

  • System & Tools Operations

  • Learn and support basic ERP or BI system operations (uploading data, refreshing dashboards).

  • Help document processes (data update SOPs, system guides).
