Job Description:

QC Responsibility

  • Handle Customer Claim or Complaint with high sense of Responsibility and Proactiveness

  • Quick Response to the customer for temporary actions, announcement to the supplier

  • Countermeasure Report (By Maker)

  • Arrangement of Sorting

  • Collaborate and Communicate with Customers and Makers to identify the root cause (flow-out, occurrence) and determine the corrective actions

  • Handle internal Quality issue and collaborate with maker, shipping and sales team to solve the problem

  • Handle cases such as customer survey, suppliers' process change request

  • Monitor the consistent quality of the goods

  • Work together both with Customer/Makers to get approvals for cases such as 4M Change, New Projects

ISO Resposibility

  • Handle Internal / External Audits (working with MR, accounting, sales,and shipping division)

  • Arrange documents and evidence

  • Conduct corrective actions

  • Support MR to conduct Supplier Audit

  • Ensure the documents and actual activities are in line with the Headquarter's Manuals and ISO requirements (ISO 9001 and ISO 14001)

  • Monitoring nonconformities, corrective and preventive actions

Requirement:

-Education min D3/S1 from Industrial automotive, electronic / electrical line

  • English skill intermediate to business level,

  • Experience min 2 years as QC/ISO document control in manufacture or trading company

  • Having ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 Internal Auditor Certification
