Qualifications:
- 5+ years of product management experience in software or technology companies.
- Proven track record in Al, conversational agents, or digital product ecosystems; direct experience in building Al Agents is required.
- Experience in building Voice Agents (voicebots, IVR, telephony, or speech interfaces) is a strong plus.
- Solid background in User Experience (UX) design principles and user-centric product development.
- Strong technical acumen with the ability to work on products involving complex technical architecture (cloud, AP|s, integrations, NLP, etc.).
- Exceptional communication skills: fluent English (spoken and written).
- Comfortable engaging with enterprise stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams in a global and multicultural context.
- Active passport and willingness to relocate to the GCC / Middle East region.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a growth mindset.
- Familiarity with enterprise SaaS platforms and Al ecosystem players.
- Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., government, banking, healthcare).
- Exposure to international product launches and global market expansion.
